30-day money-back guarantee

CommitFit, operated by CommitFit, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all CommitFit orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at support@commitfit.life and we will help you initiate the refund through Paddle.

Accountability stake charges

Missed-workout accountability charges are part of the commitment contract you opted into. They are generally non-refundable because the charge is the contract working as designed. If you believe a charge was triggered in error (for example, a clear technical issue with the app), contact support@commitfit.life within 14 days and we will review it in good faith.

After your refund

Once a refund is issued, your subscription will end and Pro features will be disabled. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
